The following provides space allocations for a 20,000ft thrift store. You may to scale down or up according to your thrift store size.
  • ALL STORES PICK AND SAVE GOOD SEASONAL CLOTHING
  • DENIM, SHOES, SANDALS
  • BOX UP AND SEND TO WAREHOUSE
  • WE WILL PUT THEM IN GAYLORDS, LABELED AND PUT IN RACKS
  • WE NEED 1 GAYLORD A WEEK FROM EACH STORE FOR 12 WEEKS
  • THAT SHOULD BE 60 TOTAL GAYLORDS FOR NEW STORE
  • TRUCK MANAGER WILL KEEP TALLEY
  • HOUSEWARES SHOULD BE PICKED AND SAVED FROM STORES
  • BOX UP AND SEND TO WAREHOUSE
  • WE WILL PUT THEM IN GAYLORDS, LABELED AND PUT INTO RACKS
  • WE NEED 1 GAYLORD EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR A TOTAL OF 12 WEEKS
  • THAT SHOULD BE 18 TOTAL GAYLORDS
  • TRUCK MANAGER WILL KEEP TALLEY.
  • FILLING 53 FT. TRAILER OF MERCHANDISE FOR NEW STORE.
  • FOR 4 WEEKS HAVE 4TH TRUCK PICKING UP ONLY

FURNITURE ON DAILY ROUTES AND TAKE TO NEW STORE ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAY. THAT WILL BE 9 TRUCKLOADS OF FURNITURE BY STORE OPENING.
